Pale Ale ● Pale Ale 4.6% ABV ● 23 IBU BA $4.50/16 oz.
There’s no wonder why our Pale Ale is so popular—it is skillfully crafted in the style of the Kolsch beers of Cologne, Germany. We’ve chosen German hops for aroma, and rounded out the recipe with a blend of American and German malts.
While it is very much like a Pilsner, our Pale Ale is fermented at ale temperatures, giving it a subdued fruitiness—a perfect compliment to the crispness of the wheat and maltiness of the Munich malt. If you like a lighter brew but also like the complexity of craft beers, then our Pale Ale is for you.
  Sculpin ● India Pale Ale 7% ABV ● 70 IBU BA &#9679 RB &#9679 BP $5.50/16 oz.

We love hops at Samuel Adams, and while we enjoy traditional IPAs, we thought we might spice things up a little bit, literally, by combining the intense hop character of an IPA with the crisp spicy wheat character of a Belgian-style white ale. The resulting fusion-style brew is Samuel Adams Whitewater IPA. The white ale and IPA combination make this crisp, smooth, yet hop-friendly beer the perfect pairing with a variety of meats and cheeses.
SanTan Brewing ● Chandler, AZ
HefeWeizen ● Hefeweizen 5.1% ABV RB $4.50/16 oz.
SanTan Hefeweizen is a traditional German Wheat beer brewed with a very distinctive strain of wheat yeast that gives it an unmistakably strong Banana-clove flavor and aroma. Hefeweizen is an un-filtered beer which gives the recognizably hazy gold appearance. Once again, American have displayed a talent for making things their own and often drink this fruity beer with a wedge of lemon or orange. We at SanTan Brewing embrace this zig-zag from tradition and believe that a fruit laced Hefeweizen is not only Extremely American but tastes quite fantastic with spiced meats and anything with cheese!

Stillwater / Mikkeller ● Baltimore, MD
Two Gypsies – Our Side ● Belgian Ale 7.5% ABV BA &#9679 RB &#9679 BP $7.00/13 oz.
Mikkel and Brian are two of the world’s most unconventional brewers. By designing beers at various breweries around the globe, they have found the freedom to experiment and innovate, resulting in unique beers that often blur the lines of definition. After having met at a festival in Bodegraven, NL the two realized that their first creations both were called Stateside. It was then an obvious decision to make the two recipes into a new product, packed full of piney, resinous hops, and backed by the esters of a farmhouse yeast strain.
Stone Brewing ● Escondido, CA
Ruination IPA ● India Pale Ale 7.7% ABV ● 100+ IBU BA &#9679 RB &#9679 BP $5.50/16 oz.
So called because of the immediate ruinous effect on your palate. 100+ IBUs. Bracingly bitter. Thick, pungent hop aroma. We would say that no hops were injured in the brewing of this beer, but that would be a massive lie. In fact, the words Stone Ruination IPA are what older hop vines use to cause little hop vines to quiver with fright and lose sleep at night . We at Stone honor the brutal massacre of countless hops with this Liquid poem to the glory of the hop! Paganism at its best!

  W’12 Dark Saison ● Saison 5.5% ABV ● 25 IBU BA &#9679 RB &#9679 BP $5.20/13 oz.
Inspired by the classic French farmhouse ale, our interpretation of the Saison style gets its dark color and deep ruby hue from a hint of caramel and dark chocolate malts. While the beer is darker than many examples of the style, the citrus spice of Saaz hops provides a perfect balance of complex fruity esters with earthy and spicy notes. Dark Saison finishes slightly tart with a drying, clean, and pepper-like finish.
