| Largely from the outstanding vintages of 2005 and 2006, this wine is very dark in nature with slightly more structure than previous Lot wines. The wine shows a bit of dustiness coupled with resin, cedar, spice, dark chocolate and black cherry aromas. On the palate the wine enters sweet with a broad mid palate and ramps up quickly with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, cola, brambly blackberries, tobacco and subtle earthy black tea notes.
